Caramelised Pear Cake

I’ve never been a fan of mixing fruit with dessert but this cake is unreal.20140610-215337-78817190.jpgMy mother asked me to make this cake for her friend but as soon as it was out the oven I had to have it… with ice cream. Ergo, i made two. The more, the merrier, right?

Best served hot out the oven with ice cream or cold with a cup of tea. Enjoy!20140610-215340-78820749.jpg
